I arranged for Santa to come and visit Andrew for his birthday. He brought Andrew a Sangria pitcher, a subscription to Cooks Illustrated and a KitKat cake from Maggie Moo's.
MOM, Check this out! I'm cooking! (God I look skinny!) Andrew taught me how to make him a steak for his birthday. It was actually a lot of fun and very yummy!

Wow, love the drawing of the fireplace and the bookcases. Can you have them built around your fireplace? Almost makes me wish I had a bigger house!
Are those mushrooms in the other fry pan? Cooking can be enjoyable but I still like baking better. Wish you could stay longer for Christmas so we could bake up some goodies.
